Is history going to repeat its self.

HIH insurance closed due to lack of funds. I read some where that this other insurance company bought the remains. Didn't have to pay service fees to the HIH company. Is history going to repeat its self or is this something that we delete from history and just rewrite the honest and good stuff.

A snip it from HIH group home page:- 'HIH Insurance Limited was a publicly listed company in Australia. Prior to its collapse in 2001, the HIH Group was the second largest general insurer in Australia and had operations in many other countries.'
I wonder who the other company was Not Right My Assessor (NRMA).....
