Cypress insurance companies

Just like the banks in Cypress!!!!!

Talking to a brick wall

Talking to a brick wall

I had the insurance assessor out this week and got all the paperwork finalized I thought. This was after putting in a police report for the the goods that they took five months ago. Then came the phone calls from companies wanting to know what type capacity and the like. I spent a day doing just that going threw what type and pricing using the internet and all I had to do was sit back and get my claim done, not on your Nelly. Just like talking to a brick wall except that the brick wall would have more good things to say. All I can say is PHUCKet.

What did they collect in 2011?

First, it pays more than $80 million dollars in claims each and every day. $80 million. Yes what do they collect each day and how much does the CEO get each day?
2011 was the worst year on record for natural disasters in this country. Insured losses from catastrophes were around $5 billion.(Taken from IAG web site)
http://www.iag.com.au/news/presentations/20120625_AICC.shtml
In January 2005, IAG raised $550 million of contingent capital
through the issue of Reset Exchangeable Securities
(RES). RES provides the Group access to Tier 1
regulatory capital at any time, should it be required.

They don't have enough to pay out my claim though.

The figures above are interesting
550million contingent capital
Insured losses $5 billion
It appears to leave a $4 billion + deficit
Are they trading insolvent?
Maybe one of there employees could drop me a comment and clarify my uneducated reasoning .
As they wont give me back my goods they took months ago or do I have to subsidize this company.
I will be going to the police tomorrow and place on record property stolen by a company working for IAG (I Am Greedy) saying they were going to fix my damaged goods and return them two weeks later.

Last warning

If you haven't got the drift yet then you too can suffer like I have .  The message is do not insure as the policy is only as good as the paper you paid $500 or more for, spend the money on a caravan and you can live in this till you build your own house and it will only cost about $20.000. My gypsy caravan cost less than $2000 so go figure. The house below cost under $20.000 from Bunnings, Your choice!!!

imagine the space you can create

Lies (NRMA) not right my assessor

I asked for my stuff to be returned it was to have arrived yesterday. No sign of it.
These (NRMA) are professional thieves in white collars.
Now watch you money in the banks . In one word Cyprus.
Don't call some one a thief call them a Cyprus............

Not to worry such is life!

I see where the Cypress people have had all there money stolen by the banks to prop up a failing system. After losing everything to flood and then having the insurance company steal all my tools in the name of replacing and repairing them in two weeks and returning them. I have given up on this ever happening. This is what I call legal thievery and will be more common in the years to come.
I have one thing still up my sleeve, I know! Yes I know how to live off an oily rag make from junk and how to dig a hole skin and butcher a rabbit or sheep. These skills are going to hold me in good stead in the coming years. It will be the ability to make and repair that will be in high demand in the coming years. Mark my words!!!!

Crowd funding

Crowd funding, This is similar to insurance but the middle man has been removed. Sounds good in theory but does it work?
Unions are also like insurance you pay the premium (dues) and then you get help when you need it. It never worked for me.
Clubs in Australia are similar again you join use there poker machines and they take your money all on a promise of winning.
Then there is the advertisements buy our product and win a free car with the second chance draw where they get your details in writing and they sell the information and you then become a target for everyone and his dog with a phone. Does not work for me.
Have you ever heard of who the winner of the car was I haven't.
Not Right My Assessor (NRMA) is advertising giving away a free car if you pay them the premium.
The premium at Not Right My Assessor (NRMA) is a million dollars and we give you a new Chery valued at $9,990 Au. Apply here.

Photograph your house

Photograph your house as you will be told that any storm damage was pre existing and you will have to prove it isn't. Load these photos into say drop-box on the internet and they will be there when you need them. Before you go on holidays photograph the contents and this will prove you have these things and where they were in your house. In a claim you will need these things. I have no receipts as they were flooded and destroyed and I was asked for these but I have photos from several months before when I went on a trip with my son. These show positions and the materials themselves.

Car insurance

Car insurance

I got my renewal from IAG insurance trading as NRMA insurance and the premium is $431.97
I went to Horizon Credit Union and got the same insurance for $294.00 and this is with out multi policy discounts and forty years loyalty and I have no other dealings with them.

Is history going to repeat its self.

HIH insurance closed due to lack of funds. I read some where that this other insurance company bought the remains. Didn't have to pay service fees to the HIH company. Is history going to repeat its self or is this something that we delete from history and just rewrite the honest and good stuff.

A snip it from HIH group home page:- 'HIH Insurance Limited was a publicly listed company in Australia. Prior to its collapse in 2001, the HIH Group was the second largest general insurer in Australia and had operations in many other countries.'
I wonder who the other company was Not Right My Assessor (NRMA).....

Two companies with the same name!

NRMA Insurance and NRMA Motoring and Services are independent companies and are both in agreement to use the same brand and name operating from the same office with the same staff (Public perception). Both companies are responsible for distinguishing the difference between the two organizations.
If one were to have trouble with one of these companies who would one sue?

All the money in the world

So you are going to make a claim! Think carefully about it.
Your sanity will be put to task. Your relationships with family and friends will take a battering, but  you will then really know who your friends are. Your ego and emotions will take a flogging and you will age rapidly.
You will have self doubts about yourself to the point of losing your sanity.
You will be made to feel like a criminal, I would rather get mugged in the street again than to go threw what I am going threw now.
Being violated with there promises and lies, having your things taken from your property and not returned.
My grandfathers and fathers tools have been taken and not returned as they said they would not do.
They speak on the phone to there bosses like you are not there saying things like this bloke thinks his stuff is worth a million dollars. No its not worth a million dollars but it was my stuff paid for by sheer hard work, many of whom do not know what this is like. My father worked long hours to get what he got, sending a semi load of spuds to the Sydney markets only to get a bill back for transport costs. Yes I know what it is like to go to bed cold and with out food in my stomach.
Sorry for digressing.
In forty years I have made several small claims which were paid with out trouble, the thing is they keep statistics and they know what they will not pay for and what they will and if they have to pay they have a clause in there contract with you. Have you seen the real contract? not there little book with what you can and cannot claim for.
The contract is like a mine field and just as deadly. If you sue them they automatically take the matter to the supreme court where the whole lot is overturned. Now you owe them money for costs and they are not about to let you off.  They have the statistics and they know the results before you even make a claim.
Its not worth all the money in the world so I suggest to forget it and not insure,  you will be much better off.

I like there logo

I'm phucked

I tried to cancel my policies today and they would not cancel any policy with a claim against it. Not only will they .............................................I'm PHucked screwed.  I've been raped.

Terms and conditions

So you think you are insured?!!
I paid my premiums like every one else and I falsely expected that you would be covered. Not in a million years are you going to be covered and for what. Lets go threw some terminology of the insurance industry.
Cover,
This is a word that means many things to the insured. Like if I loose everything I will get some mone to replace it. No you wont for example that big flat screen TV you bought and it cost $8.000 the same thing to buy today is worth say $1000 yours is old so they depreciate it 10% per year. You have had it for 10 years now worth nothing.
Claim.
This is something you never do or mention to an insurance company. What this will do is claim your health and your sanity this is really what a claim is, it claims you and the insurance company wants blood. YOURS.
Insurance fraud
This is when you make a claim an actually get some financial satisfaction.
Proof of ownership
Receipts for the goods claimed, don't have them no claim.
Promissory note.... for you who do not know what Promissory means:- containing or implying a promise.
This comes down to honesty and integrity but these words are not written in the insurance industry code of conduct bible.
Read the small print
Really it all means phuck off read the small print always if you can

Whats the difference?

Whats the difference between a loan shark and an insurance company?
The insurance company breaks your legs after you give them money!!!!

One year apart

I just realized that my claims are one year apart and it is near my birthday. Happy birthday to me.

If I lie

This site may go down as I informed IAG trading as NRMA about this site.
Cheers Professor Iggle Quack extraordinaire.

liars

I have a total dislike of LIARS. The American CIA has a dislike of liars even white liars.

My old mate Alex said mix a lie with the truth and it is near impossible to differentiate the two, for example:- Pedophiles are liars and so are insurance companies but only one is illegal.

Another example is "lets put more money into mental health" Mental health doesn't need more money the disease is doing fine with out it so are the doctors.
Didn't the NRMA insurance company learn a lesson from a previous court case about lies, do I have to give them more instruction!!!

"Posted by Professor Iggle Quack extraordinaire and eligible bachelor of the year".

Two companies

There is two companies NRMA road side assistance, which I am not a member of.
The other is Insurance Australia Group trading as NRMA insurance.
I have shares in Insurance Australia Group.
This company is commonly called IAG trading as NRMA insurance.
I have shares in IAG insurance trading as NRMA insurance
I have never mentioned this company but have declared my interests in the above company
I have a blogspot called Not Right My Assessor (NRMA)
in all my posts. It is just a coincidence that the letters are the same but different.
The blogs name is nrma blogspot.com  . Note the letters are lower case.

If you have any problems please feel free to contact the above web site as they have people to help you most hours. Remember never make a claim.

Gundagai Premium

The Not Right My Assessor (NRMA) insurance company has sent me a new policy and has a premium of $1,080.80 and is covered for $170,540.00 with an excess of $300.00 knowing the house has preexisting conditions. Yet when the claim was made they stopped payment for these preexisting conditions. Do they think I am nuts a complete fool to give them more of my money knowing I will never get a penny from them in another CLAIM. Remember a claim is something you never do to an insurance company, If you do you will loose your health and maybe your sanity and if you pay them money you might be on the sanity slide already.
I remember when I notified NRMA of a claim for flood the girl behind the counter said best of luck making a claim for flood better if it burnt down you would have more chance of succeeding. This was said in front of my best mate.
I got a real estate valuation for the house it was $30,000 minus the demolition fee.
Are they NUTS or are they starting a new company Nuts Rooting Many Australians (NRMA)....
I have shares in IAG trading as NRMA insurance company, anyone want to buy them....

Price gouging and an industry collapse

I got a quote for the flooded house in Gundagai from another insurance company and guess what. They knew of the flood damage at the house and the premium is the same as Not Right My Assessor (NRMA) is this collaboration or just plain price fixing by the insurance companies. $1698.00 would be the damage to my bank account I figure in ten years with out any problems I could build another tiny house for less.
The insurance industry has priced it's self out of a job and the industry is on the brink of collapse. Remember these are my opinions and I see them coming true in the very near foreseeable future.

New devolopment WARNING

 WARNING
The IAG trading as NRMA insurance sent four workers to remove things from my shed. All OK. This morning cleaning up still, I came across a broken picture frame with picture still in the frame. Thought went straight away to the cyanide fox poison in one of the cupboards and to my relief it was intact in its glass container.
Not once did the insurance company workers ask if there was any poisons in the sheds.
So much for there health and safety as one sniff and you are history final zip cactus sayonarah dead.
Get the drift and that is also zip final history cactus sayonarah dead as well.
Never rummage threw someone else's shed if you don't know what you are doing.

Valuation

As most of my readers know from http://imagineering-engineering.blogspot.com.au/ That I got flooded in Gundagai. The claim was for a right off and I got a pittance payment of $16K there abouts. That was when I settled for $17.000. I decided to sell the house remember the house was insured for 146K and re insured for 156K with an dubious engineers report.
The valuation from the local real estate agent was $30,000 less the demolition costs of $10,000
I lived in this house for 5 years and all the time I was repairing and renovating the place like the house in Junee which went from $10K to $130K in two years.
My runs were on the board, What happened to the Gundagai house, the price buying at $55K and going to 20K .The answer is flood damage that is 146K minus the 16K leaves a missing amount of $130K the amount the insurance company and the engineer and building company ripped me off.
Not Right  My Assessor (NRMA) you do the sums and give me the answer. I would apologize to you for writing this blog but this will never happen the same as you will never treat policy holders with respect.
Yesterday you had me in tears with the black dog snapping at my heels but I will never give in to you bastards.
Please take me to court as I do not have the money to take you.....

Lets talk about life policies

So you took out a policy for your death. Worth more dead than alive you are!
Exclusions are if you have a terminal disease your dead your terminally dead not covered!
No fault policy your car was crashed into and you were not there, No fault means no fault ,not covered.
The above is the same for houses. I got flooded twice and I was not there I am now a bad risk and all my other policies go up.
Not Right My Assessor.(NRMA) No fault of my own maybe I'm God?
Well I am in my eyes. Dreams of grandeur get you every which way http://chemicalmurder.blogspot.com.au/ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sign anything you will after twelve months of your criminal activity of making a CLAIM !
They come and talk to you ever so nicely with promises of gifts of help.
Promises are things you get from an insurance company's workers sorry charlatan posing as a worker.

Not Right My Assessor

Yesterday the insurance company send four blokes around and removed most of the contents from my shed in Nowra and the trailer and took it away for repairs. This is a far cry as to what happened in Gundagai where they left the house to rot. I have decided to sell the Gundagai property and have had a valuation of $30,000 yes that's right $30,000 indicating a total loss of the house. He was even mentioned that the clean up bill would be $10.000 for the demolition of the house.
This proves that at the time the house was a total write off.
I was left in such an emotional state I just let them do anything just to get them from my life .
NO WORRIES is there advertising slogan for them.

Top crash sites

The top crash sites for all drivers in the country in a study done by Not Right My Assessor  (NRMA) is in the drivers seat. According to police records and other studies done the driver was initially in the drivers seat . It is a no brainier as to some of the studies and the outcomes. No fault means no fault not so If you are four hours drive away from your house and it gets flooded how the hell can they justify the massive increase in my new policy as I was not at fault I wasn't even there at the time.
The NRMA (National roads and motorists association) had integrity until the greedy ones took over the insurance side of this once proud organization.

Insure or not to insure?

Damned if you do damned if you don't. It appears to my statistics house insurance is a waste of time as over the years I have paid out way more than I ever received. Car insurance is a different thing as you can be wiped out by anyone at any time. Because the price of cars like the Cheery are coming down to under $10,000 and with an insurance rate of $800 per year then bomb insurance is the choice. I have only had one crash in forty years and this was due to a design error in a L300 van I owned. The insurance company was going to refuse the claim because I did the work on the brakes and then it was inspected by a mechanic for rego. They backed down.
Get the cheapest quote as you will not be having to worry about weather the claim is paid or not as the problem is the insurance companies not yours.

NRMA unfair claims denyl

The NRMA have denied my claim with a unfair decission that they have sujested i dont deserve my claim because of bad communication & accusations on how the car was stolen which i didnt have any idea of how the car was stolen, so now that states to them as unco-operative to their investigation??? i dont see how this is relevant to the claim & their policy as they can deny your claim with no real reason. Has this simular situtation happend to you if so please tell your story or even a past story on how the insurance company are so wrong in so many ways.
I have been waiting for 6 months with no car, job or money. I am also pregnant & fear of a miscurage from the mental stress they are putting me through, they have stalled my case for so long then after waiting so patiantly to be denied on nothing to do with the theft of my car or thier policy?? They should not be able to get away with this as they are gurting innocent people & loyal customers, Its an Outrage & they need to be looked into more thoroughly on their so called ACT!!!!

1 comment:

Hi there, Can you please advise if you had any resolve from your claim?? i fear i may be going though a similar issue with NRMA as my car was stolen in May this year. I am still waiting on an outcome and every time i call they have nothing to tell me. After the initial 28 days i called because i hadn't heard anything, then a week later (after multiple calls to them) they told me it was being referred to an external agency to investigate further. i was contacted a week later and was interviewed (as was my sister). I have provided all documentation and done everything that was asked of me. I have called over and over with no new info provided except in one phone call that my case officer had been on leave and because of that my case was still being reviewed. i have 2 children i am in financial ruin, so even if they pay out my claim i am not going to be any better off.. i have no ability financially to purchase another car. and I am starting to get incredibly frustrated and just want it to be over so i can get on with making other arrangements (still not sure what they will be). i have decided to call the ombudsman because i feel that this claim is getting ridiculous, but i thought i'd take a look at any similar cases while i wait for them to reopen tomorrow. if you have had any luck i'd appreciate your response, if for nothing else then some comfort that i am not alone. Thanks :)http://nrmacomplaintsblog.blogspot.com.au/2012/05/nrma-unfair-claims-denyl.html

I have shares in IAG trading as NRMA insurance.

I must declare I have shares in a company called IAG trading as NRMA insurance. I am dishonored by the company's treatment of policy holders in dealing with there legitimate claims.

The Name

This blog may have the same letters in its name as a 'trading as' insurance company but has nothing to do with the said insurance company. HA HA!

Kelly brothers

This blog is in no way related to the Ned Kelly family or there descendants.

Such is life

"Such is life"

Flooded again this time the shed went under destroying all my tools and mowers. Being away at the time the water was left to stew with rust occupying the whole of the shed. The last couple of weeks has been spent removing the rubble and making a insurance claim. This is some thing I suggest you never do as your health will suffer and your premiums will skyrocket.  Mine have gone to nearly $2000 so I will have to bear the brunt of future disasters. This is the thanks you get for your loyalty of over forty years. As Ned Kelly once said "such is life"
Who was I insured with, none other than the Kelly Brothers Bushrangers Insurance and Banking Company a subsidiarity of the We Take Your Superannuation Fund run by the Australian Government. Who also run the Highway Robbery Speed Camera Company.
Yes "such is life" and gone with Ned Kelly is the moral obligations of a society.
